1. Agreeing to these terms

By using KooraKick you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. What the service is

KooraKick is a free, publicly available reader for football data: live scores, results, fixtures, standings, and player statistics. It is provided as-is, for personal and informational use. There is no account to create and nothing to pay.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site, or use automated tools against it in a way that puts load on it;
• attempt to bypass the rate limiting, or interfere with the site’s operation;
• copy, republish or resell the data or the site’s content as your own;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone;
• misrepresent the site, or imply that it is official or endorsed.

Requests are rate limited to 300 per minute per address. Normal browsing will never come close to that.

4. The data, and its accuracy

All football data on this site comes from API-Sports. We do not guarantee that any of it is accurate, complete or timely. Every score, kick-off time, table position and player statistic is republished from that feed. It can be wrong at the source, it can lag behind real time, and it occasionally disagrees with itself between endpoints. Player totals in particular are known to trail the fixtures they are drawn from.

We do not check the data against anything else before showing it to you, and we make no promise that a correction will ever be applied. Do not rely on this site where being wrong would cost you something.

5. Not official, and not affiliated

KooraKick is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or connected to any league, federation, club, competition organiser or broadcaster, and it is not an official source for anything it displays.

Competition and club names, and any crests or badges shown, belong to their respective owners and arrive with the data feed. They are displayed purely to identify which match or team is which, and their appearance here implies no relationship or permission.

6. Not betting or financial advice

Nothing on this site is advice of any kind, and in particular it is not betting advice. Scores and statistics are shown for information only. If you use them to place a bet, that is entirely your own decision and your own risk, and we accept no responsibility for the outcome.

7. Content and ownership

The site itself — its design, layout, text and code — belongs to whoever runs it. The football data and the images belong to their owners and are used under the terms of the API-Sports feed. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.

You are welcome to link to any page on the site. You may quote briefly with a link back. You may not copy substantial parts of it.

8. Links and third-party services

Where the site links out, or loads images from API-Sports’ servers, you are dealing with that third party directly and under their terms, not ours. See the privacy policy for what those requests involve.

9. Availability

The site is offered free of charge and with no service level of any kind. It may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued at any time, without notice. Features may appear or disappear. We do not promise to fix anything.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, KooraKick is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site — including lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from a bet placed on the strength of something shown here. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the site (which is nothing) or [FILL IN: a cap you are willing to stand behind, if your jurisdiction expects one]

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top of the page moves when they do, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version. If a change is significant, it will be noted on the site itself and not only here.

12. Governing law
